Change of Song, new plan and costume.

On our first day of filming, we had to quickly draw up a new storyboard. The new storyboard was based on the song 'Room on the 3rd Floor' the title song of McFly's first album.

The song's genre is Pop-Rock and the song itself is 3:16 long. The song was written by two of the band members: Tom Fletcher and Danny Jones, the track is about the room in which Danny and Tom stayed at London's InterContinental Hotel (Room 363). The song is less upbeat and uptempo than their previous singles. The song was written during their two-month stay at the hotel, which they found a little tedious; they began listening in to arguments in the neighbouring rooms, and wrote about a rather annoying room-service maid, all of which are mentioned on the track.

We therefore decided to work with the lyrics, and filmed a woman in a 'B&B' where the paint is peeling, the 'bed is broken', the maid is annoying and so on. We also chose to include some miming and played the song behind our main actress while she mimed. We managed to get most of the filming done and got the few bits left to do done today. We have edited it all together and watched it through.

We chose two costumes for our main character. The first was a flannel pyjama set to show that the character is sleeping or at least trying to. The second costume is black jeans a white top, we chose this to try and cover a semblance of maturity yet having it look kind of 'rock' like to resemble the genre.

The costume of the maid was an apron, blue jeans and plaid top, to try and resemble the look of a maid. The costume of the 'B&B' owner was relaxed and casual to show her laidback attitude to running the 'B&B'.
